Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you purchase a self-guided WhatsWalking hunt at whatswalking.com. By completing checkout you agree to them.

What you buy

A digital access code for one hunt experience delivered via WhatsApp. You select a planned play date at checkout. One purchase covers your whole group playing together on one or more phones. This is not a guided tour with a live host.

Delivery

After payment you receive your access code and starting instructions by email, usually within a few minutes. Stripe emails a payment receipt separately. You start the hunt by messaging our WhatsApp number with your code when you are at the starting location.

Your responsibilities

You need a smartphone with WhatsApp and mobile data, appropriate footwear, and to follow local laws and venue rules. Some stops are active churches or businesses that may be closed — the hunt includes alternatives where possible.
