Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your hunt. If your plans change, contact us before your play date.

Before your play date

Email hello@whatswalking.com by noon Lisbon time on the day before your selected play date for a full refund, provided you have not redeemed your access code on WhatsApp.

After you start

Once you have redeemed your code, the digital experience has been delivered. We may still offer a partial refund or a new code in genuine cases — for example a technical failure on our side, or a venue closure that blocked a large part of the route. Each case is reviewed individually.

How to request a refund

Email hello@whatswalking.com with your order email, selected play date, and a short description. Refunds, when approved, are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Receipts

Stripe emails a payment receipt at checkout. Portuguese tax documents are kept for our accounting and reported to the tax authority; tourists receive the Stripe receipt only. If you need a Portuguese invoice with your NIF, email hello@whatswalking.com after purchase.

EU consumers

Digital content delivered immediately after purchase may mean your 14-day withdrawal right ends once you redeem your code and the hunt begins, as permitted under applicable consumer law when you expressly agree to immediate delivery.
